What's the minimum order?
50 pairs per design. Mixed sizes within one design are no problem — a typical split is 40% size 36–40 and 60% size 41–46, but you choose.
How fast will I get my socks?
Your free digital sample design lands in your inbox within 24 hours. After approval, production and delivery take 3–4 weeks. Need them sooner for an event? Ask about rush production in your quote request.
What logo file do you need?
For the studio: PNG, JPG or SVG. For production we love vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF), but a sharp PNG works too — our designers redraw logos for knitting at no charge.
Knitted vs. printed — what's the difference?
Printed socks are blank socks with ink on top: cheap, but they fade and crack. We knit your design directly into the yarn in up to 7 colors, so the design is part of the sock and survives every wash. That's also what makes them feel premium as a gift.
How does the price-beat guarantee work?
Attach a competitor's written quote (same sock type, colors and quantity) to your request. We confirm the spec match and quote you 5% below it. Simple.
